The Clinical Officers Council online portal allows both students and practitioners to access important services by the council. This can include applying for indexing of students. After indexing students can also apply to do the final examination to qualify for registration as a Clinical officer. It also allows the registration of Clinical officers. This is where the accounts are changed from student accounts to practitioners.
