Mama Ngina University College is a constituent college of Kenyatta University but was initially under the mentorship of Moi University. However, in a letter dated 24th October 2016, the Cabinet Secretary, the Ministry of Education transferred the responsibility of mentoring Mama Ngina University College to Kenyatta University. Mama Ngina University just like many universities receives students through the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service. Recently KUCCPS placed the 2023 KCSE candidates and other applications into universities that would need to join the university. The Mama Ngina University Admission Letters are now available for students placed into the university to pursue higher education.

The university has 3 intakes across the year which range from January, May, and September intake. These intakes bring in students to pursue different courses so they can have a future in their professional fields. KUCCPS also places students to this university to advance their education. The university just released admission letters for the KUCCPS 2024 batch which are downloadable from the university website.

Mama Ngina University offers training in Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree courses as well. It also trains people in short courses that would include computer packages for those who wish to learn and be familiar with computers and IT.

• Proceed to key in your KCSE Index Number followed by slash (/) then year of examination and click on Login. Provide the necessary information ad download the admission letter.
• The admission documents can be download under the menu Admissions then Joining Instructions.
