To download the Form One Admission letters for students placed in Sub County schools, you will need the following details: –

• County where the child schooled
• The Sub County where they sat for their KCPE 2023
• KCPE index number
• Link to the Form One Admission Letters (shared in this article)

How to Download Sub County Form One Admission Letters

Form One students are reporting next week on Monday, 15th January 2024. Before reporting parents need to know the joining instructions, admission requirements, and fee structure. The information is on the Form One Admission Letters. Here is how to download Sub County Schools admission letters.

• Open your phone or PC browser
• Visit the Ministry of Education website through this link or https://education.go.ke
• Point on Services and click on Form One Selection, you can use the KEMIS Portal to search for the index number
• For Sub County Schools, Click on the link to the Admission Letters to Sub County Schools. You can download it via this link Sub County Admission Letters 2024
• Select the County, Sub County where the child sat for KCPE
• Enter the KCPE index number for the student/child
• Click on Submit
• Wait for the page to load. It will display the Student Details, Index, Marks, and School Selected to Join
• Click on the Admission Letter for XXXXXXXXXX where XXXXXXXX is the child’s name. Print the Admission Letter and have it signed by the Head Teacher of the Primary School
