• Open your device and dial the Metropol CRB shortcode *433#
• Select option CRB Clearance Certificate
• And wait for the confirmation message. For the first time, an individual will pay kshs 100 for registration and a free CRB Report thereafter.
• Those who request for the first time will be issued with a CRB Clearance Certificate for free.
• Subsequent requests for a CRB certificate will attract a fee of Kshs. 2200
