The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) is a statutory body established under the Kenya Roads Act of 2007 and inaugurated in September 2008. • Head over to your browser and search for the KeNHA website or simply visit https://kenha.co.ke/
• Once loaded, scroll down to the Quick Links or online services and click on Permits Portal – https://permits.kenha.co.ke:7080/
• The permits portal fully loaded, enter your email and password for the KeNHA permits portal to login. If not proceed to register an account and activate it.
• Check out the Permits Portal dashboard.
• On the left side, click on the menu Exemption Permits
• Click on New Permit Application fill in the necessary vehicle details as shown in the image below and click on Next
• Proceed to upload all the required documents and submit your application. Once done the process will show the status as Applied.
• Wait for KeNHA to process your application and always check the status. And if updated to pending Payment, pay the application fee and submit for approval.
