The Department of Defence (DoD) has the DPay portal that can be used to access the KDF payslips or DPay payslips online. Service Officers in the KDF can use this portal to check out their salary deductions and check the status of outstanding loans. Kenya Defence Forces (KDF) comprises the Kenya Army, Kenya Airforce and Kenya Navy. All these people are under KDF and hence access their KDF payslips through DPay portal by the Department of Defence.
Requirements to check Dpay Payslips Online
To check KDF payslips online, one MUST have the following details and conditions in order to check and print these payslips. They can be accessed through the phone or computer, printed or saved as PDF. Check out the requirements outlined below: –
- Be an employee of the Department of Defence (KDF)
- Have a KDF Service Number
- Have a password to the DPay portal
- Have a strong internet connection for checking the payslips online
How to Check DPAY Payslips Online for Free
This procedure outlined below shows the steps one employed by the DoD can use to access their payslips. This system also allows the servicemen to get KRA P9 forms relevant when it comes to returns declaration to KRA. Accessing the Dpay portal is simple, just follow the procedure below and print your KDF payslip online.
- Open your Browser either on Mobile or PC
- In the URL bar, type to search for DPAY or simply click the Dpay portal link – https://dpay.mod.go.ke/
- Wait for it to load fully, once done, key in your Service Number
- Proceed to fill the Dpay password and click on Login
- On the Dashboard click on Payslip to access payslips and P9 to access the P9 forms on the portal.
