MMUST Student Portal is the Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology student and employee management portal by ABNO. The ERP software allows students to do many things that would otherwise need queuing up at the office. Every student on admission to MMUST needs to activate or register an account with the MMUST Student Portal. The Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology Student portal allows students to do among many things the following: –
- Self Report online for each semester or academic year
- Register course units for the specific semester
- Check Fee Statements and print student-specific fee structure
- Print Exam Cards

- Print Provision Academic Transcripts
- Communication with other students and lecturers
How to Create the MMUST Student Portal Account
To register or create the MMUST Student Portal account, you need the following information with you.
- Registration Number
- Student corporate email
- Stable internet connection
The Procedure for Creating the MMUST Student Portal Account
If you’re joining MMUST, and have been assigned the details above and the student corporate email, follow the procedure below.
- Open your Phone or PC browser preferably Chrome
- In the URL enter the MMUST Student Portal link or click on this link – http://portal.mmust.ac.ke/
- Once the link has fully loaded, click on Register
- Select User Role and Student and not Staff
- Key in your Admission Number (Registration Number) inclusive of the strokes (/)
- Proceed to set the Password for operating the MMUST Student Portal account. Repeat the same password and click on Submit
- Proceed to log in to the Student Corporate Account on Gmail and enter the student email that includes the admission_number@students.mmust.ac.ke
- Click on the Activation Link in your email
- Once the account has been activated proceed to access the Student Portal using the Registration Number as account and the password you set.
