KRA return filling is done once every year for the obligation of Income Tax Resident Individual. This captures the amount of money made in a specific period and the tax deductions as well. How to Print UHR P9 Form (Procedure)
Follow the steps outlined below to download or get your UHR P9 form and file your returns before the deadline.
- Open the browser on your smartphone or computer
- In the address bar, type in the UHR payslip portal or click on this link below to login to the UHR payslip portal – https://uhr.kenya.go.ke
- Once the portal has loaded, enter your payroll number usually a longer number beginning with the year of appointment.
- Key in your payslip password and click on Login to access the UHR payslips Portal Dashboard.
- From the dashboard, click on the menu, and click on the arrow to reveal the menu items other than the icons. Click on the third menu item. If you hover on it you notice the term P9 form
- Wait for it to load and select the year you wish the UHR P9 form for. The default loaded P9 form is for the previous year.
