Additionally, not all students are awarded the HEF scholarship. The HELB scholarship is only awarded to those who have applied to have their fees reduced through the HEF scholarship award. For Rongo University, the letter is located in the admission download portal that allows the downloading of the letters and other documents. NOTE: Only students who applied for HEF earlier should be able to download the HEF Scholarship Award Letter. The rest will need to wait for the second batch of those assessed to be able to download the letter and know the household fees.

How to Download Rongo University HEF Award Letter

Get access to Rongo’s HEF award letter. This letter displays or shows the total fees for each household. Each student has different assessment based on the New Funding model. To get the HEF award letter, follow the steps or procedure outlined below.

• Visit the Rongo University Website
• Click on KUCCPS Admission Letter blinking link or simply follow this link – http://staff.rongovarsity.ac.ke/kuccps-2024/
• Once loaded, key in the KCSE index number followed by forward slash (/) then the year of examination i.e. 2023 and click on Submit as shown below.
• On the loaded Rongo Varsity admissions portal you will note the admission letter and other admission documents.
• Scroll down and click on Fee Payment Letter as per HEF allocation to check and download the letter
