How to print TSC Payslips Online using TPAY

Teachers Service Commission which is mandated with the employment of teachers and remittance of their salaries has to show the payslips to teachers at the end or before the end of each month. TSC payslips are downloaded and printed on the TPAY portal. This is an updated portal for payslips that has tremendously changed over the years from the previous one. This new portal allows teachers to access their TSC payslips online and has some added security as well. The TPAY portal also allows teachers to submit their details up to including their passport and have the profile validated by HOI. How to Download and Print TSC Payslips Online

The steps outlined below are the procedure on how to download TSC payslips. These payslips are downloaded from the TPAY portal which also allows downloading of P9 forms and the ability to stop unnecessary deductions to Saccos and other member organizations. Follow the procedure below to print TSC payslips even using your phone.

• Open your phone Browser for those using a smartphone or your PC browser
• In the browser key in the TPAY portal link https://tpay.tsc.go.ke/ or you can also access the link using the long way by visiting the TSC website and going to online services and clicking on TPAY.
• Once TPAY is loaded, you will be prompted to log in with your credentials. Enter your TSC number and your TPAY password. Enter the security stamp on the portal and click on Login
• The page opens on the dashboard. On the left menu click on Latest Payslip to show the current payslip. To check for other months, click on the menu bar on the left click on the year then select the month you wish to get the payslips for. 
• Once your payslip is loaded, click on Print to have it sent to the printer. If you’re using your phone, you can print to PDF or screenshot your payslip for future reference.
• In case you don’t remember the TPAY password it is easy to reset. Just click on forgot password and enter the OTP sent to the phone. Key it in and enter your new password and make sure it contains letters and numbers and the letters must have some uppercase and lowercase letter
