• Open your phone Browser or PC browser
• You can then just Google eCitizen or simply click on the accounts portal link i.e. https://accounts.ecitizen.go.ke
• Click on Login to access the eCitizen login page and click on Forgot Password
• In the next page enter your ID number or email used when registering the eCitizen account and an OTP is sent to the email and phone number used on the eCitizen Account.
• Key in the OTP and click Next to proceed to changing the ecitizen Password.
• Enter the New ecitizen password noting that it should contain lowercase letters, uppercase letters , symbols and numbers and it should be 8 characters long at least.
• Click on Submit and there, you have set your new ecitizen Password.
