Once in a while, teachers forget their TPAY passwords and it is at times reset by individuals offering them loans, etc. In this article, you will learn how to reset TPAY password to be able to access the TPAY payslips online.

TPAY allows only teachers and other employees working with the Teachers Service Commission to print payslips. Additionally, they can also print P9 forms for returns declaration with KRA.   • Be an employee of the Teachers Service Commission (in teaching or Secretariat)
  • Have a valid TSC Number
  • A working and valid phone number linked with TPAY
  • Stable and active internet connection

How to reset TPAY Payslip Online (Procedure)

To reset the TPAY payslip password, be keen on following the following step by step procedure. Also note that the new password requires some uppercase letters, lowercase, and numbers as well.

  • Open your device browser on your phone or PC
  • In the URL or address bar, type TPAY or simply click on this link https://tpay.tsc.go.ke/fa392bf9a4692aa0cc/zln
  • Enter your TSC number and password enter the SPAM security stamp and click on Login
  • If you don’t remember the TPAY password, click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the page.
  • Once loaded, enter the TSC Number and click on Reset Password
  • An OTP is sent to the registered phone number that is on the TPAY portal.
  • Enter the OTP in the field provided and set a new password for your TPAY portal. Repeat the new password and click on Submit
