How to Check the Validity of the Police Clearance Certificate

Checking the status of good conduct entails doing what the procedure outlined below says. The process is simple and requires one to be able to browse using a smartphone or PC.

• Open your Mobile Browser or PC Browser
• In the URL bar you can type in the DCI portal on eCitizen link or just click on the dci.ecitizen.go.ke
• To verify the validity click on https://dci.ecitizen.go.ke/verify and wait for the page to load.
• Once loaded, select the Police Clearance Certificate and enter the Application Number and ID Number then click on Search
