How to withdraw cash at Mcoop Cash

Below is the procedure on how to cash out via ATM using your Mcoop Cash app or *667# USSD code provided by Co-operative Bank of Kenya. Firstly, you will need your SIM card loaded with Airtime before using *667# or have data first to open the Mccop Cash app.

  1. On your handset
  2. Log into MCo-opCash through *667# or MCo-opCash app.
  3. Select the Withdraw Cash option within the app or the USSD prompts
  4. Choose the ATM option
  5. Be keen on following the next instructions
  6. You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit SECRET CODE. (which is valid for only 2 hours).
  7. On the ATM screen, Tap on the MCO-OPCASH WITHDRAWAL option
  8. Enter your MCo-opCash number
  9. Key in the Amount, you had withdrawn using the Mcoop Cash app and the Secret Code you received on the SMS to complete the withdrawal.
  10. Withdrawal at the ATM costs Kes 30 for any amount up to Kes 40,000. You can withdraw up to Kes 40,000 per transaction up to a maximum of Kes 200,000 per day.
