Kenya Power formerly KPLC (Kenya Power and Lighting Company Limited) owns and operates most of the country’s electricity transmission and distribution system and sells electricity to over 8 million as of June 2020. Kenya Power regions are majorly distributed as per the old provinces which handle issues from the Kenya Power contact centres from counties. Nearly every county has a Kenya Power office or contact centre. The Kenya Power regional centres serve the purpose of escalations.
