QMS or QMIS is the Query Management System by Kenya National Examination Council that allows candidates and other individuals to access services that would otherwise be done at the offices. QMIS allows individuals to modify details on their certificates, change photos, follow up on payment issues and also confirmation of results etc. The KNEC QMIS Portal is an online portal that simplifies applications for confirmation of results. - Open any browser on your PC or Phone
- In the address bar search for KNEC QMIS Portal or simply click the link https://qmis.knec.ac.ke
- Once the portal has loaded, it will ask for email and password. If not registered click on the Register Link to access the QMIS Portal registration
- In the loaded page, enter full names, phone number, postal address, title/designation i.e. student, candidate, headteacher etc, fill in your active email address and confirm it
- Click on Register
- Upon successful registration, the login details are sent to the email confirm for the password to access the portal.
