First Revision of Courses Featured

KCSE candidates and prospective students intending to join universities and Colleges through KUCCPS can now smile. This is after KUCCPS Extends the First revision of courses to 26th February 2024. The KUCCPS application portal has been marked with downtime and capacity issues making it impossible to revise the courses. Students applying through KUCCPS to public universities stand a chance to be sponsored by the Government through Higher Education Funding. Those applying to Private Universities will only have access to HELB loans but not government scholarships.

KUCCPS has seen the need to extend the application for first revision to a later date to allow learners to submit their application. The applications cost each Kshs. 1500 that is payable through the eCitizen Portal payment slip via Pesaflow. Those who experience payment issues should try to get in touch with Pesaflow to settle the issue.

KUCCPS applications require students or the candidates to login to the kuccps portal using the KCSE index number, KCPE index number and the year of examination. Those whose KCPE index numbers do not work, they can use the birth certificate entry number.

How to Apply for KUCCPS First Revision of Courses Online

We initially shared a procedure on how to revise KUCCPS courses. However we can also share the same thing. Before application on the KUCCPS portal, there are documents showing course, clusters and subject requirements. Assess them based on your qualifications and select the course that you best qualify as per subjects and also clusters.

To avoid, make sure you select institutions whose clusters match or are below your clusters for the specific cluster courses. Note down the course codes  with the priority of the courses as you want. Fill the courses in the application page and wait for them to load and show the course and institution. Click on submit and once it is loaded click on Pay to pay via eCitizen.

Note the Account Number as the reference number. Enter the reference number in the field and click on submit to confirm the courses. Only exit when you see Application Successful
