- Open the SIM Toolkit App on your Phone

- Go to Lipa na M-PESA option
- Pick the Paybill option from the list displayed
- Enter M-KOPA paybill number 333222
- Enter Account Number mostly the ID number
- Key in the Amount you wish to pay
- Enter M-PESA PIN and submit
How to Pay M-KOPA Products using M-KOPA app
Those with smartphones, the following is the procedure on how to pay M-KOPA using the M-KOPA app. First, make sure you have downloaded the M-KOPA app from Google Play Store and installed it on your phone. Register your ID number and set a password for the app.
- Open the M-KOPA app
- Tap on Make Payment under Quick Options or click on Payment at the bottom
- Click on Pay Now
- Select the Pay with M-PESA
- Enter the Amount to Pay
- Key in the Number with the amount or the default number
- Tap on Pay and wait for the prompt for M-PESA PIN
- Check your updated M-KOPA balance
