The Sacco has its head office in Nairobi and has other branches in Kenya. The Sacco features 8 branches all over Kenyan with the western part served by Bungoma County.
The Metropolitan National Sacco also has 12 service centers that can solve member issues rather than visiting the branches if they are far away. How to Deposit to Metropolitan Sacco Using M-PESA Paybill Number
Members can now make deposits to their Metropolitan Sacco accounts. This can be done from any phone be it a feature phone or smartphone. Whatever they require is the Metropolitan Sacco Paybill Number 944600 and ID which can be used as the account number for deposits.
If you are a member of the Metropolitan Sacco, use the procedure outlined below to make deposits to your Sacco account.
- Open your SIM Toolkit and select the M-PESA option, open M-PESA app or use the *334# Safaricom M-PESA shortcode
- Choose the Lipa na M-PESA option from the list
- Select the Paybill Option
- Enter Business Number – Key in the Sacco Paybill Number 944600
- In the field for account number, key in your National ID Number
- Enter the Amount you wish to deposit
- Key in the M-PESA PIN and Submit
