Mhasibu Sacco Paybill Number 540700

Mhasibu is a Swahili word that means “Accountant”. The sacco which was registered back in the year 1986 has grown over the years and amassed a large membership. The mhasibu Sacco whose head office is located in Nairobi, has grown tremendously. The Sacco offers banking solutions just like other Saccos. The Sacco allows members to deposit money to Sacco’s account, repay loans, and much more. This is possible thanks to the Mhasibu Sacco Paybill Number 540700.

The Sacco was registered by the Co-operative Societies Act (Cap.490) of the Laws of Kenya by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), out of the need to provide savings and affordable credit facilities to its members. Mobile Banking has taken over and the need for visiting physical offices is now being a thing of the past. The Mhasibu Sacco Society has embraced this and instituted a Sacco paybill number 540700 to allow deposits and repayments.
