NCA is the National Construction Authority that is mandated with regulating the construction industry and coordinating its development. Any individual who wishes to undertake any project MUST have the project registered under NCA. The firms who intend to do the said work both in Road Works, Building Works, Water Works, and Electrical Works need those licenses. Any firm intending to do such work in Kenya needs to be registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA). In this article, we share the NCA Contractor registration and license renewal fees.
Upon registration, the Authority undertakes verification of the documents and details assigned. Thereafter, an individual is supposed to pay contractor registration fees, and if it is renewal, the same. Additionally, there are now the license registration fee and renewal fees. Note that the generation of certificates of NCA registration and licenses is only possible after payment of such NCA fees.
NCA Categories available are determined by the value of the projects the company will be undertaking. The years of experience in this field also plays an important role in ensuring that this happens accordingly.
