NCBA Bank just like any other banks has access to the M-PESA paybill option. Just like Equity Bank, NCBA Bank also has an NCBA Bank Paybill Number for M-PESA to NCBA Bank account transfers. These transfers are effected and are done easily thanks to the availability of M-PESA agents countrywide. The NCBA Bank Paybill Number is 880100 for M-PESA to Bank transfers. It doesn’t matter the kind of phone you own. Any phone as long as it has the SIM Toolkit can deposit.

How to Deposit Money from M-PESA to NCBA Bank Account (Business No. 880100)
In order to perform the above transaction you need to know the details as earlier outlined above. This will include the bank’s paybill number, and the bank account specific to the Bank account. Also, you need to have money in your M-PESA account. Below we outline the procedure for depositing money to NCBA account.
- Go to your SIM Toolkit on your mobile device (feature phone or smartphone)
- Tap on it and select M-PESA menu from the options that appear.
- Scroll down until you see the Lipa na M-PESA option and tap on it.
- Enter the NCBA Bank Paybill Number: 880100 and press OK
- You will be asked for Account Number;
- Enter the NCBA Bank account and Press OK
- Enter the amount you wish to deposit to the given bank account
- Tap on OK after keying in the amount
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send
- Wait for confirmation message from both M-PESA and NCBA Bank confirming both transactions being successful.
Be sure to note that NCBA Bank Paybill Number 880100 is different from the NCBA Loop Account paybill number. Be sure to contact us or visit NCBA Bank.
To do other transactions like NCBA Bank to MPESA you need the bank’s short code which is *654# and your mobile banking PIN to transfer from bank to M-PESA directly.
