NTSA is the National Transport and Safety Authority. The objective of forming the Authority was to harmonize the operations of the key road transport departments and help in effectively managing the road transport sub-sector and minimizing loss of lives through road crashes. The purpose of this article is to share the NTSA Contacts and NTSA Regional Offices in Kenya and their physical address.

Just like any institution having a single office will make it hard to deliver services to citizens. Therefore NTSA has over 14 NTSA regional offices. These regional offices are the offices or branches one can collect logbooks from, Reflective number plates and so much more. Visiting the head offices will result in incurring unnecessary costs. However, the same services can be offered at the NTSA regional offices.

• Reflective Number Plate application, processing, and collection
• Smart Driving License processing and collection
• RSL license approval
• Approval of adding organization to NTSA on eCitizen
• Printing and issuing of motor vehicle logbooks
• Motor Vehicle Inspection as well.
