Duties and Responsibilities of Office Assistant III

This is the entry grade for this cadre. An officer at this level will work at any of the Departments at the Headquarters or County Offices under the supervision of a senior officer upon deployment. Specifically, duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing general confidential work as directed by the Head of Administration services;
  2. Ensure general Office cleanliness and sanitation;
  3. Preparing and serving tea to staff promptly and within the set hygiene and quality standards;
  4. Collecting and disposing of waste including papers; 5. Arranging the Office equipment and furniture;
  5. Dispatching mail within and outside the office;
  6. Assisting in the preparation of documents.
