Senior Assistant Marketing/Member & Customer Experience Officer (UG1) at NSSF

NSSF is looking for 1 individual to fill the position of Senior Assistant Marketing/Member & Customer Experience Officer (UG1). The individual will be reporting to the Marketing/Member & Customer Experience Officer he/she will be
responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints regarding Fund
products/processes. This job opportunity falls among the 336 vacancies advertised by the NSSF and will be open until 11th December 2023. Applications are manual and not electronic.

JOB PURPOSE

Some of the Senior Assistant Marketing/Member & Customer Experience Officer (UG1) duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: –

• Answer phone calls from customers and respond to customer inquiries and
  complaints
• Research on required information using available resources
• Provide customers with service and product information
• Identify, and escalate priority issues and report to the high-level management
• Route inbound calls appropriately.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

To apply for this position, you need to have the following qualifications. Any of the qualifications listed below qualifies you to apply for it.

• Diploma in any of the following disciplines: Public Relations, Marketing,
  Communication Skills, Telephone Operation, Reception and Front Office or related field
  from a recognized institution or Certificate in the above fields with Satisfactory
  experience; and
• Proficiency in computer applications.
