TECNO POP 9 5G with 120Hz with 6.6 inch with 5000mAh

TECNO Mobile after unveiling the POP 9 has been working on a 5G variant of the same phone. The TECNO POP 9 5G specifications are already out and the handset features dual SIM slots, has a dedicated memory card slot and runs on Android 14 operating system. The phone supports 5G network alongside the normal bands of 2G, 3G and 4G. The 5G handset might not be able to hit the African market but we will wait to see how it goes.

The TECNO POP 9 5G comes with a 6.6″ Dot HD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate. The handset features a dynamic port for notifications nad has a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. The phone has the dimensions of 165 x 77 x 8mm and is believed to weigh around 189 g.

The POP 9 5G runs on Android 14 operating system with HiOS 14 user interface. It comes with an octa core processor paired with a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset with 6nm process technology. The handset features a 2.6 GHz octa core processor nd the graphics side has the ARM mali-G57 MC2 GPU.

In terms of storage, the POP 9 5G comes with two storage options. The phone has 4GB RAM and internal storage of 64GB/128GB. There’s also an SD card slot that is available for use.

In terms of cameras, this handset comes with 48MP main camera with Sony IMX582 sensor. It also sports another secondary AI lens. The front facing cameras comes with 8MP sensor on board.

The POP 9 5G comes with a non-removable battery that offers 5000mAh capacity and 18W charging.
