TSC Wealth Declaration Portal and How to Use it

TSC Wealth Declaration Portal

Employees of the Teachers Service Commission declare their wealth online through the TSC Wealth Declaration Portal. The wealth Declaration occurs once every two years and employees are required to submit their income, assets, and liabilities. It also enables these individuals to declare their dependant from spouse up to and including children under the age of 18 years. In this article, you will be able to find the TSC Wealth Declaration Portal and how to use it.

The first requirement to use this portal, one MUST be an employee of the Teachers Service Commission either in the secretariat or teaching. Each employee has a TSC number that identifies them and can also be used to access the TSC payslips and TPAD as well.

Requirements for Wealth Declaration using the TSC Wealth Declaration Portal

To submit a Wealth Declaration, make sure you have the following information with you. The information is essential in wealth declaration. Have a look at the Wealth Declaration requirements outlined below: –

  1. TSC Number
  2. Personal Information (Email, Phone Number, Marital Status, Address and other information)
  3. Dependants Names and ID number (for spouse)
  4. Sources of Income and their values in figures
  5. Assets owned by the individual declaring wealth
  6. Liabilities owed to the declarer
  7. Witness details (Names, ID Number and Address)

TSC Wealth Declaration Portal Procedure

  • Visit the TSC Website or the Teachers Online Portal – https://tsconline.tsc.go.ke
  • Key in your TSC Number (not this is for the EMPLOYEES ONLY) TSC Wealth Declaration Portal
  • Enter the password or choose to reset your password if you don’t remember. Click on Login to access the portal
  • Click on Wealth Declaration and on the general tab proceed Next to the Details tab where you can key in your email, phone number, marital status, disability etc.)
  • Click Next to Save the information to be directed to the Statements Tab (Declaration). Under Income, state each income and the amount in value for each source of income)
  • Fill in the Assets such as vehicles, shares, building, land, and their value. Under liabilities to the same and each time you key in an item make sure you save before proceeding to the next page. Click on Next
  • On the next page, fill in the names, and genders of children under 18 years. For spouse you need their names, gender, and ID number
  • On the final page, enter the Witness Details (Full Name, ID number and address) and click on Save. Make sure you submit your Wealth Declaration before closing
