University of Kabianga alias Kabianga University is a public university located within Kericho County. The institution has grown over the years earning a charter that made it a fully fledge university. The institution accepts applications for admission into Certificate, Diploma, Degree, Master’s, and PhD programmes from qualified candidates. The university does not have a dedicated portal for applications, however, it employs the use of Google Forms in the application process. The institution has made it easy to make sure that any logged into Google Account can fill out the application form for admission. Additionally, before placement, a potential student needs to have paid the application fee to the account provided by the institution.

How to Apply for Admission using the University of Kabianga Online Application Portal

Follow the procedure below to submit your application for admission to UoK. The procedure outlines a step-by-step guide on how to do so: –

• Open the Kabianga University website on your phone or PC – http://kabianga.ac.ke/main/
• Locate the intake link i.e. September 2023 Intake or simply click on http://kabianga.ac.ke/main/notice/september-2023-intake-apply-now
• Click on the Apply Now icon on the displayed page after the intake page is fully loaded.
• Proceed to log in to your Google Account if not already logged into your Gmail account as it is required.
• Proceed to fill in the personal details required from names, date of birth, and phone number. Click on Next and select the Course you wish to pursue, the academic year you wish to report,  type of sponsorship.
• Upload your academic certificates through the form still. Next, attach also the payment slip for bank or M-PESA message for payment through the Kabianga University paybill

To apply for admission, you need to pay the application i.e. 500 for Certificate and Diploma Courses. Kshs. 1,000 for undergraduate and 2,000 for Postgraduate courses. Application fee can be paid through the following: –
